Rune Factory Frontier 02

A letter from Eunice, and it's a greeting to Tir, and tells: he can feel free to come to the Inn at any time.
Nice; two greetings!
That's convenient, keeping letters on the table, where can always see them; to not forget about them.
No additional mail so far; then, will go to the field.
Tending to the crops; er, the sprouts...
The wood, it's scattered all over the field, and some big tree trunks too; these can be a hassle to pull out...
Turnips are growing quite fine; should water them, and watch them turnips grow even bigger!
An Orange Grass, it could prove useful, later on...
Would keep the Orange Grass, and here is a Red one, would keep it too!
Till the field a bit; and found a spot, to sow some more turnip seeds; life of a former.
Would water the newly sown turnip seeds, and will be off, to talk to the town's people, or find new acquaintances.
The Whale Island should be explored too...
Watering Plants everyday, keeps them growing at a steady rate, and prevents them from fading; if the soil is right...
Have zero Lumber, now that's disappointing...
And more Lumber can be found on the field; if had an Axe, because it's embedded in the soil, and should be cut first.
How about visiting Mist, in the morning!
Mist is watering something, hm...
Good morning Mist; and Mist talks about Erik, who lives on the opposite side; and of course since Erik has a field of his own, he knows a lot about farming, so any farming related questions should be addressed to Erik!
Yeah; grow crops, ship 'em out; that's how it is at the farm.
Mist wishes Good Luck, to Tir.
How much grass; a grassy field, not too far from Mist's home; long grass...
The beach, it's not so empty this time; there is a boy on the beach; will meet him.
Yeah, it's the first time we see each other; right.
Just moved in; that's Tir's side of the story, and...
The boy's name is Marco; Marco thinks Mist is weird; Mist does speak openly, and she can say strange stuff, because it seems normal for her.
Okay, Marco is an Elf, just like his Mother, the Blacksmith.
Nice meeting!
Marco thinks he can fight Tir; it would be an unfair spar, though friendly...
Yeah, it becomes warm in Spring; just the kinda warmth, that is needed to tend to the fields.
Then, will be shipping weeds, and a Bamboo Shoot; not the most pleasant things to sell, yet turnips are still, growing.
And returning to home, made easy with teleportation; quite a feat.
An unknown creak in the Mountain; can look at it, once will visit the Mountain Lake.
The Business District; will pass it for now...
So, Marco's mom is Ganesha; Marco is feisty, probably because his mom makes weapons and armor, and he can't touch any!
Yes, yes, this glyph monument, does look suspicious; and nothing to do about it yet; can always try though...
Rune Archives - a place of knowledge, with so many books!
A desk, with a feather pen, to write...
It is so disorganised; the books cannot be read right now; will look further into it, later on.
Wow, the tower-like pillars; these pillars, support the archive's structure, making it steady.
So much broken stone masonry, in front of the archives; the archive looks like a library.
It seems, that Saint Poli Church, has a place to treat injuries; there is no nurse at this point; though later, the sick could be cured here.
An empty room at the church...
Oh; if only learned some recipes, to cook...
Does Stella need any help?
Stella adores strange girls; like Mist.
Sermon; uh, some other time...
An Organ; this music instrument is very old; the Organ's music is perfect for halls, as its sounds last longer, and feel deeper...
An old Clock Tower, and it doesn't work, yet.
The Clock Tower is older than Stella.
The Clock with roman numbers; stuck at nearly II o'clock.
The Clock Tower has a balcony, and a small terrace...
Stella hadn't seen the Clock Tower working; it seems, the Clock at the Tower stopped, before Stella came to the village.
The Clock Tower isn't for visitors, until the cleanup is done that is!
No one could make the Clock Tower work; something, that has to change; how?
Someone will be moving in, to work at the Clock Tower; in about a weeks time.
Ah, such a nice little sprout, glowing in front of the Clock Tower; a desire to water it!
To Tir's surprise, the sprout grew to an immense size, after it was watered; and now the giant sprout connects, to Whale Island; or leads to Whale Island...
And Tir decided to climb above the clouds, to reach the Whale Island.
After a long climb, Tir reached the Whale Island, and it's like an entrance to the shrine, an unfinished one; or is it?
Something glowing in the distance; sparkling...
A voice inside Tir's head; surprised to see Tir, asks if he is an Adventurer.
Tir's heart rate increases, as he did not expect anyone to be here, let alone speak!
Perhaps, the voice came from the Island itself?
The voice has apologised, and introduced itself, as the Whale's awareness.
Ahem!
It's like the Whale Island, has a mind...
The Runes, they made the Island Magical: gave it awareness, and allowed it to flow above the ground, high in the sky!
Runes are like Spirits; the Runes can intertwine with the Earth.
Island, er, awareness asks for a name; it's Tir.
A favor, from an Island?!
The awareness explains, that Runes within the Whale Island, dissipate, thus...
If the Runes will no longer exist within the Island, then the awareness will cease to exist, and the Island will no longer fly.
The Island is above Trampoli; if it will fall, it could be disastrous...
The awareness notes the dangers, to the residents below...
Tir gives a Word to the Whale Island, that he will find the answers, to its weakening Runes.
A gratitude from an Island!
As thanks, the Island will guide Tir; yeah, Tir needs all the help he can get!
A Stone Tablet...
The Stone Tablet has a meaning; since it was placed on an Island before awareness, the Island couldn't figure out what it's for, why it was placed there...
Magic is emanating from the Stone Tablet.
Deeper into the Island, there are lots of Monsters; says so the Island!
The Monsters need to return to their own world; and Tir's weapons and tools, are infused with the return magic spell; Return spell, that's how it's called.
Monsters original home, is the First Forest.
Hm, the Whale Island asks to return the Monsters home; well, who wants to be inhabited by Monsters?
The Whale Island's awareness, will rely on Tir, to set things right; and to avoid disasters...
At the Whale Island's entrance, flowers are blooming.
Let's check out the Stone Tablet!
A Melody of Trust; the Twelve Maidens.
The lights came swirling above the Tablet, divided into small round pieces, and then, these balls of light blinked and dispersed to each direction from a circle; were there, twelve lights?
Moving on...
Tir, how could he climb up here anyway?
To find this much strength within oneself, is an achievement in its own.
A Cave, within Whale Island...
A Monster, it looks like a Goblin!
A green small Goblin...
A portal, it sends limitless amount of Monsters, or is it?
Anyway, if monsters come from the First Forest through portals, then sending them back, will do nothing; since more monsters will just travel through portals, to once again inhabit, the Whale Island.
Hm, maybe there is a way to make the portals completely disappear, or something that draws monsters in...
Though one portal is, gone, it will definitely not be the end of the monster appearances.
Tir defeated a Goblin with two strikes of his hoe!
There is a river on the Island, and some soft ground, where crops can be grown.
Another portal; not surprising; there must be plenty of those on this Island.
It's getting dangerous and late; time to return; and Tir teleported safely to Town, just as the goblins have surrounded him.
Teleported almost to Town; on the Whale Island, the teleportation can only get as far, as the giant sprout.
Darkness falls; hm, nearly night, and if won't hurry, the shops will all close!
The shops are closed; Tir didn't make it in time, to buy more turnip seeds!
Erik also, doesn't do business at late hours; will head home then, to sleep...
Gather weeds, till a little, and...
A fine day it was; mostly all of the action took place on the Whale Island; and the new turnips are ready to grow!
The next day, the next weeds to pull out, and the next turnips to water.
Yes, stretching in the morning is so good!
